Land Securities will be restoring three beautiful rows of Victorian town Houses, part of a sensitive regeneration plan for Castle Lane.
The site currently lies largely vacant following Westminster City Council's decommissioning of the former sleeping shelter. Land Securities propose to give these late Victorian buildings a much needed 100 year refurbishment in order to create quality homes that will be both modern and sustainable. The buildings will feature new roof extensions, landscaped gardens and private amenity areas.
The site was specifically acquired by Land Securities to meet the on going need in Westminster for affordable housing and conforms to the London Housing Design Guide and City of Westminster's housing mix requirements. The proposed Castle Lane scheme offers a much welcomed addition to the changing landscape in Victoria. It continues to progress the regeneration of Victoria.
