The best seats in the house are going for free on Wednesday 20 June, as the stars of hit musicals Wicked, Billy Elliot and Chicago takeover the roof garden at Cardinal Place for an intimate and exclusive performance to lucky shoppers, tourists and local workers.

This one-off curtain raiser marks the start of the Capital's annual West End LIVE weekend, which takes its musical magic to Trafalgar Square on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 June.

London's West End is home to some of the world's hottest musical talent, raising the roof night after night to delight theatre fans of all ages. With the spotlight turning on London in 2012, the stars are coming out during the day for this one off must-see, free performances which kick off at Cardinal Place, right in the heart of Victoria. Places are limited so please ensure you arrive in good time!

With the stage set for this one off performance, the cast of Billy Elliot, Chicago and Wicked will also be joined by stars from Big Dance 2012 who are raring to liven up your lunch hour. Fresh from their Big Jubilee Dance in celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, members of the Big Dance 2012 crew will pull out all their best moves for a show-stopping spectacle set to send energy levels through the roof-garden!

And if you develop a taste for open-air entertainment, you'll be excited to hear about Land Securities' Great British Summer season, which brings the best of Wimbledon's centre court and Hollywood's latest blockbusters to the Capital. Enjoy FREE outdoor tennis and film screenings at Cardinal Place in Victoria, Bankside Mix in Southwark and New Street Square in Holborn from Monday 25th June.
