Let’s Get Quizzical at One New Change

Let’s Get Quizzical at One New Change

29 April 2012

Get your brain in gear on Sunday 29 April, as London's contemporary shopping, leisure and culture destination, One New Change, hosts a truly unique take on the traditional pub quiz, as part of its new Sundays in the City series.

Your MC for the Posh Pub Quiz will be writer, broadcaster and all-round quizmaster maestro, Chris Madigan, and your venue the stylish Madison Bar & Restaurant, located on the 6th floor roof terrace with its sensational panoramic views of St Paul's Cathedral and the City skyline. Famed for his energetic and entertaining presentation style, and sell-out successes at quiz nights across the capital, Chris will swap conventional London boozers for One New Change's elegant setting for one afternoon only.

Madison Bar & Restaurant will treat all quizzers to a complimentary drink on arrival and a special brunch menu, including tapas and cocktails, will help fuel hungry minds. The fast-paced quiz will be sure to stimulate the brain cells, with bespoke visual, musical and interactive rounds which draw inspiration from One New Change's rich historical and cultural surroundings in the heart of the City of London.

Teams can include up to four people, so if you fancy yourself as something of a mastermind then phone a friend (or three!) and register early to avoid disappointment. Simply email your team name and number of members to, letting us know if you're planning to eat.

A selection of prizes will be also up for grabs, so competition will be tight to prove you're not the weakest link. Teams are encouraged to give a suggested donation of £10/per team on the day to The Prince's Trust, One New Change's charitable partner.

Look out for more unique events this summer as part of One New Change's Sundays in the City series.
