Land Securities marketing recognised for excellence at The Property Marketing Awards

We are delighted to announce that Land Securities has won two awards at the prestigious Property Marketing Awards. The 21st annual awards took place in June at BAFTA and brought together the best in the industry. Land Securities was awarded ‘Best Overall Marketing Campaign - Mixed Use Scheme’ and ‘Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Offices’.

The Property Marketing Awards recognise innovation, creativity and the success of marketing campaigns in the property industry, shining a spotlight on the very best that the property industry has to offer.

Land Securities’ ‘Create Victoria’ campaign was awarded Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Mixed Use Scheme. The ongoing campaign, run in partnership with Show Media, was developed to give the area a credible brand identity and personality. Providing a platform for long-term communication, it champions dynamic individuals already playing a leading role in the community to talk directly to consumers about Victoria as a destination. The integrated campaign involved the creation of a quarterly Victoria Newspaper, media partnerships, events, advertising and the launch of

123 Victoria Street, which also won the title of Best Refurbished/Recycled workplace at the 2013 British Council for Offices London and South East awards, paved the way for Land Securities and Bandstand to win ‘Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Offices’. Land Securities and Bandstand partnered to create a bold and innovative campaign based around three mailing pieces building up to a launch event, which helped lead to the vast majority of 123 Victoria Street being let during the period since launch.
